Improved device time synchronization - correction of interval

In case of a difference between device time and RMS server time, a time synchronization happens from the server to the device. This time difference are caused mostly by time correction of the RMS Server cyclical. This time synchronization works fine.

The bug was that the interval from measurement to measurement was not corrected after the described time synchronization. After a long time of a running system, day by day, month by month, time synchronization could cause that the moment of measurement "wandered away" until a measurement jumped over to the next interval. In worst case, there was a missing measurement few times a year. In application of 10s interval e. g. for differential pressure measurement, it could be observed in the RMS system.

This bug fix now adapts the interval after a time synchronzation that this does not happen anymore.

Note: By design, time changes of server >5secs are not compensated anymore. Such big time shifts will be inherited and can cause data gaps.
