Application is in Passive State

Application is in Passive State

In Case the RMS Software is in passive State as shown below:

 

 

The Password for the User might be expired

 

 

Solution:

 

Check for an Event Entry in the Event Viewer. Following Filters might help:
Log Name:                Application

Source:                MSSQL$*

Task Category:        Logon

 

pwExpiredEventViewer
