Prior to the V2.1, the GW should show an update every 10s.

- The gateway still refreshes every 10s but only indicates 30s in order to reduce the total amount of commands generated within the system.
- The RMS-GW will only ever show 30s in the software V2.1.
Prior to the V2.1, the GW should show an update every 10s.
