Question:
Gateway goes into timeout, randomly or after a firmware update.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. Failure in the encryption setting from the RMS Software.
  2. Failure in the encryption setting from the Gateway.
Solution:
  1. Update the Software Version to V2.1 that all Gateways can communicate in encryption mode
