Question:
When I try to download data, I get a "AccessDenied.txt" document.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. The server settings are not correct.
Solution:
  1. Ensure that the documentation path (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\RMS\Files) found under the system settings has read/write rights for the application pool.
