Question:
My LAN device is in timeout and no LED's are blinking.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. No power (PoE, 24 or battery)
  2. A device malfunction.
Solution:
  1. Check the power supply
  2. Reset the device: remove all power sources and push on the button for 10s.
  3. Return the device to Rotronic.
