My wireless devices offline and not repairing. When I manually reconnect them, the data during the time the devices were offline has not been logged.

Possible Root Cause:
- A user pushed on the button for >8s.
- The antenna of the device is causing an interference and resetting the device.
- Train the users to ensure that they don't push on the button for >8s.
