Question:
I have changed the log interval via RMS on a HygroLog NT/HL-NT, integrated using the RMS-CONVERTER-100 but the device is still logging at the initial rate.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. The RMS-CONVERTER has not sent the command to the device.
Solution:
  1. Power OFF/ON both the RMS-CONVERTER and the HygroLog NT/HL-NT.
  2. Wait until the RMS-CONVERTER sends the command to the HygroLog NT/HL-NT.
Additional Information:
When using the HygroLog NT/HL-NT, the RMS-CONVERTER needs to send the details to the device.
