Software exception detail:
Global_asax.Application_Error: Unknown web method MobileLogin. Parameter name: methodName at System.Web.Script.Services.WebServiceData.GetMethodData(String methodName) at System.Web.Handlers.ScriptModule.OnPostAcquireRequestState(Object sender, EventArgs eventArgs) at System.Web.HttpApplication.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute() at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStepImpl(IExecutionStep step) at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)

Meaning:
An attempt was made to access a non-existent URL. This can happen after an update if the browser has not yet been refreshed. But it is not critical for the RMS system.

System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.DbUpdateExceptio n:
Data cannot be written to the database. The database is probably not available at this time.

Report: System.IO.IOException:
The report cannot be saved in the file system.

More detailed information would be available in the log files of the ServiceManager.

Meaning:
This is an error when drawing the chart for the email attachment, probably because there is no data at all for the measuring point concerned. (Applies to RMS V1.x)

In the audit trail there are software exceptions:

1. Calculation: System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityCommandExecutionExce ption
2. Calculation: System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityException
3. Device: System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.CommitFailedExce ption
4. Measurepoint: System.Data.Entity.Infrastructure.CommitFailedExce ption

​These are all errors with the connection to the database, we assume the DB was offline at this time. Calculation, Device and Measurepoint are the modules where the error occurred. «System.Data.Entity» is the module for connecting to the database.
