Question:
When I replace a probe, I get a sensor error and the probe replaced reminder with the serial number xxx > 0 instead of xxx > yyy.

Possible Root Cause:

1. Old firmware.

Solution:

1. Update the device firmware.

Hi update the device firmware, as in update the LOG-L? or of the Probe ? Or both?

Please do both.

IMPORTANT: Then the logger needs to be reset! To reset, remove all power supplies (PoE, 24V and batteries), push on the button for 3s, then add power supplies again.
