Question:
The link in my RMS E-Mail states "safelinks.protection.outlook.com". What does this mean?
Possible Root Cause:
The link in the E-Mail should be https://[SERVER]/rms/AlarmTable.aspx?id=xxx. With xxx representing the EVT number.

Possible Root Cause:
- Safelink protection is an Office365 Outlook security element.
- Speak to your local IT team and request that an APT exception is created for the RMS E-Mail server sender address.
