Question:
I have recieved a warning E-Mail and the measured value is not the same as the value in the report.
Solution:
When an E-Mail is sent out by the system, the latest measurement value is taken from the database.

- Check at what time the E-Mail was sent out within the audit trail. The measured value from the E-Mail should correspond to the measured value at the same time.
- Check to see if the E-Mail was a repetition. If so, check the time that the E-Mail was sent out within the audit trail.
