Question:
I have updated my RMS-GW-868 firmware to the V2.2. The device is still showing in RMS and blinking green, however, I cannot read out the device settings and the wireless devices that were communicating with the gateway are no longer online.

Possible Root Cause:

The hardware is not compatible with the firmware.

Solution:

Downgrade to the firmware V1.5 via the RMS-CONFIG software.
If the device is no longer working due to the firmware upgrade, please contract Rotronic AG.

Additional Information:
The RMS-GW-868 hardware was updated in May 2017. All RMS-GW-868's delivered before May 2017 can only be upgraded to the V1.5. Firmware's about the V1.5 will destroy the device. The RMS-GW-915 is not effected by this hardware/firmware issue.
