Possible Root Cause:
- User not carrying out the manipulation correctly
- Step 1: Add the device again. To do so add a new device. When adding the new device, select the device that has timed out. This will not add a new measuring point.
- Step 2: Replace the device. When replacing the device, select the same device that has timed out. This will not add a new measuring point.
- Step 3: Archive the measuring point. Delete the device (if the archive function is not available, deleting the device will delete all historical data from the data base). Add the device again. This will generate a new measuring point.
