Question:
Uploading images into the layout does not work correctly.
Possible Root Cause:
The document path on the server. eg inetpub/wwwroot/rms/appdata or similiar is not correct.
The IIS_iusrs group should have full permissions to this folder on the server (please see the image in the post below for more details).
The document path in RMS system settings should match the path on the server correctly.
Solution:
Double check all root causes.
Additional Information:
The Image is JPEG or PNG, less than 512kb.
Logo upload still works, this is saved in the SQL Database.
