Question:
The RMS-CONVERTER-100 is not pairing and showing a hostname rms-conv0.
Solution:
Return the device to Rotronic AG to be reset.
Add the serial number by adding the following text into the browser: IPaddress/cmd/setsn?sn=xxxxx. Replace IPaddree with the device IP address and xxxxx with the device serial number.
Additional Information:
When the RMS-CONVERTER-100 is not showing a serial number, it means that it has lost its factory configuration.
