RMS LAN device not found

We have 3 lan devices and are trying to connect to a non Poe switch via Poe injector. Non is being found in the RMS desktop nor the cloud.The devices only illuminate green once only and dims.please help.

Please check your cable, Damaged or low quality cable can cause power supply problem.
