If we use RMS Cloud version, is it possible to send SMS alarm and callback to customers?

Also, when we are using local server, is it possible to configure RMS software for SMS and callback via using a local VOIP and SMS Service provider?

If you use the cloud version, you need to purchase the extension RMS-CLD-XDA.
If you use the on-premise version, you need to purchase the extension RMS-WEB-XDA.

Please see here for more details: https://service.rotronic.com/manual/configure-your-telephone-accou.html?zoom_highlightsub=sms

This is done with our own provider. So not no local VOIP or SMS Service provider possible.

Hi Jeremy

its the CallController.ashx file.
If you can get access to this file, you should be able to change the language, i think.

If you are using cloud server, you most likely cant change anything. Thats because the CallController.ashx file is on rotronics server/cloud. if you change it, it would take affect for many people.

On the other hand, if you are dealing with an RMS-WEB install it would only be a matter of finding said file, and changing the "Language; En-Us" to something else.

I hope there is something placed in the RMS files that describes what values to be in the CallController.ashx file.
Rotronic provides the link for the callback server, once you order the extension.
Do you have all the RMS-WEB files? if you do, please check and see if you can find a callcontroll.ashx file :)
