Cannot display device properties - Missing Properties File

I have a customer using RMS-WEB and communicating with new RMS-MLOG-T10-868. The devices work normally but when showing device properties under setup RMS reports an error like 'Cannot load device properties / Missing Properties File' and so i cannot access the properties screen to check firmware and change the T10 probe configuration. Software and Gateways have the latest firmware.
