Error Reading device properties, unknown device

I use the RMS Software V1.3.1 and bought an RMS-LOG-T30 rf logger. Now I added my rf logger and tried to read the property data out. I got the error message "Error reading the device properties".
Is this a bug? Or which settings do I have to set to make it work?

New devices aren't implemented in the RMS-software, if you can't read out the properties for example the RMS-LOG-T30-868, it's necessary to upload the device definitions of the device.

- Tools--> Setup choose the device for example the RMS-LOG-T30-868
- Options --> "Import device definitions" and upload the definition file
- Options --> Read out device settings
- after a interval it's possible to change the device settings
