RMS not working

Hello,
When we try to open an rms encrypted file with Office 2010 Client the file doesn't open and it only says manifest does not match the executable, recreate the manifest by rebuilding the application.

Any thoughts on how I can solve this?​

Last time I also encountered a similar situation. I solved the manifest does not match the executable issue when opening an RMS encrypted file in Office 2010, try updating Office 2010 to the latest version and reinstalling the RMS client to ensure compatibility. If the issue persists, test the file on a different machine or with a newer Office version.​
