Hi Forum, is it possible to include HC2 or HC2A family members into the RMS and if yes how to do this?

Thank you, but is it possible to use the digital interface direct without any tranmitter and/or Converter?
And whats about the use of a ADC?

It is not possible to add the HC2 probes to RMS directly. The digital or analogue interfaces are not directly compatible with RMS.

Today 2 solutions exist to add the HC2 probes into RMS:

1) Using the digital output of the HC2 probe, plug the HC2 probe onto a Rotronic Ethernet enabled product (HF4, PF4 or HL-NT & HL-DS...). With the RMS-CONVERTER-100 add the Rotronic Ethernet enabled product to RMS. See the RMS architecture (https://www.rotronic.com/en-ch/rms/rms-architecture-architektur-rms) for more details as well as the RMS-CONVERTER-100 manual (https://www.rotronic.com/en-ch/productattachments/index/download?id=1359).

2) Using the analogue output of the HC2 probe (0...1V), plug the E2-xx connector onto the HC2 probe. Add the 0...1V outputs to the RMS-MADC-868/915-V, power the HC2 probe with an external power supply (HC2 technical details can be found here: https://www.rotronic.com/en/productattachments/index/download?id=1202. When using the RMS-MADC-868/915-V, a wireless gateway is also required, the RMS-GW-868/915.
