AES Key Refresh Event with Converter

I integrated a RMS-Converter from one RMS system to another RMS system. I tried to implement and got the event message "AES Key Refresh" every minute. Why it happens?

A "AES Key Refresh" stands for the synchronisation of encryption between RMS and the device. It happens if the device is implemented new or if the device is restarted due to a power off/on or a device reset.
Lates after 48h the RMS system renews the encryption due to safety reason.
So for the converter it seems that the encryption could not be synchronized, because the system tries to renew it every minute.
Please try to turn off and on again the converter.
