RMS-CONFIG not detecting the digital probes.
When trying to connect a HCD probe to RMS-CONFIG with a AC3001 cable, the RMS-CONFIG software just searches and never finds the probe. The RMS-CONFIG software blocks after a while.
Please follow these steps to solve the issue:
1) Delete the following file: C:\Users\<InsertYourUser>\AppData\Local\<Company>\ RMS-CONFIG.
2) Under device manager, deactive the following ports:
