“Move MeasureValues / From = YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS / Count = 0 …”

I do not see the MoveMeasurement action in the possible Events list. This is an action created by the system itself. Jia Shen is there a document that explains this (and other) system messages?

I could be wrong but is this RMS moving the data on the sql from DataRecord2 Table (last 24 hours) to DataRecord3 Table which stores all older data.

Here, all measured values that are older than 31 days are moved from table DataRecord2 to the DataRecord3.
