Is it possible to downgrade the firmware from an rms device?

No it is not possible to downgrade the firmware on a rms device. If you use the webservice, it will be intercepted. You can use the RMS-Config, but please be advised, you can damage your device if you downgrade the firmware.

So please use every time only for update the firmware the webservice function and not the RMS-Config software. And we don't recommend a firmware downgrade and do not support this cases.
