After the Registration of RMS WEB account and logging out, by trying to login, you get the below massage
(( Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation))
one can not login anymore to RMS.

In ordert o get RMS running at your server, please follow the following steps:
  1. Please open your local security policy
  2. Go to local policies
  3. Choose security options
  4. Please disable this option ( System cryptography: use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing
