Create reports - Users / AlarmSchemes

Hi all,

Can anyone help me?

How can I create reports for exemple:
- Users with full name, groups and access type

- Alarm Schemes with all the settings

I've tried to check trough API or SQL, but I wasn't success and didn't find anything.

This is not possible directly with RMS, only via the SQL database in the background. I'm afraid that we can't offer any support on this level though.

I’ve run into something similar before — it can definitely be tricky depending on the system you're using.

For the user reports (full name, groups, access type), have you checked if there’s a user management or admin-level export feature? Sometimes it's tucked away under a “Reports” or “Audit” section, depending on the platform. If API and SQL didn’t get you far, it might be worth seeing if there’s an SDK or CLI tool available — some platforms expose more detailed access that way.

As for alarm schemes and their settings, those can be especially tough since they’re often stored in nested config structures. If you’re on a system like SCADA, BMS, or an industrial platform, the vendor’s documentation might have hidden gems on exporting or scripting that data.

Maybe let us know what platform or software you’re using? Someone here might’ve already cracked that exact setup.
