SQL database interface

Dear support,

We would like to interface RMS software via the RMS SQL database available.
We prefer this solution because it is easier from our SCADA system to interface a SQL database rather than scripting any API interface.

We need the following informations:

- Actual value for each sensor
- Archived values from each sensor
- Actual alarm on each sensor

Is it possible to retreive this informations from the RMS SQL database ?
Is it possible to have a document with the database schema ?

Other question, is it possible to acknowledge RMS sensors alarms via the SQL database ?

For your information we are in a GxP environment.

Hi Nicolas, this is all possible via the MS SLQ database. We have the overview of the SQL tables that we can give you for this purpose.
