Time zone settings

Is it possible to define various time zones for subgroubs within one company? (Tools -> Setup -> System -> Local settings)?

No, one company and its subgroups is limited to one time zone. A solution for companies with a demand on various time zones, the solution would be to order a licences for a companies each time zone. Otherwise the displayed time isn't not the local time.
