RMS Wireless Device Setup Error

I kept getting " Initialization Error" when try to connect any wireless logger ( include RMS-MLOG-T-868 & RMS- LOG- 868 with the Gateway (868MHz). Other LAN logger devices connected just fine.
I did try to change the battery with the brand new one ; delete and add the Gateway but the issues still occurred. Please give me some advise on this issue. Thanks

I assume the wireless device has a bad reception. Try moving the logger closer to the gateway while pairing.

Please check the address of the other RF-devices. Maybe address 2 is already been used.
