Airflow and Flow Velocity arithmatic calcs

Can we please confirm the usage/details for the Airflow and Flow Velocity calcs.

Should we be using a Diff Pressure reading in both cases as the 'input value' used in the calculation?

Is Blade factor the same as 'K' factor.

This calculation is based on KIMO Debimo measuring blades. Can you say when, and why, this calculation was implementet into RMS?
