I am using the RMS-DONGLE-868 and it is not being recognised by my PC/Laptop

Use the driver for the FTDI-Chip that can be found here: https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/
Additional Information:
Normally the RMS-DONGLE devices are plug and play.
