Question:
I recently found a problem with the number of notifications with my RMS Web Software. In the top banner, the number of notification shows that there is 5 reminders, however, when I click on it to find out more, there is only 3 active reminders.
Possible Root Cause:
IT settings might have been adapted (proxy settings for example).
Solution:
Check with the IT department.
