Question:
When I open a .csv file with Excel, the date changes from "/" to ".".
Possible Root Cause:
The .csv file is being opened directly via Excel.
Solution:
Open a new Excel spread sheet, click on data, and select "from Text/CSV" and the issue will no longer occur.
