Question:
When using the RMS-JSON-API software and selecting data from a Memmert device, the audit trail is showing that the mapping is incorrect and no values are being delivered.

Possible Root Cause:
The IT setup is blocking the communcation.

Solution:
The internet proxy can block communication. An exception needs to be created for the IP address of the Memmert device.

Additional Information:
Rotronic have integrated OpenWeatherMap and RMS data. Testing is possible with these 2 data sources. OpenWeatherMap requires internet access. RMS requires a token: https://service.rotronic.com/manual/token-request2.html.
