Question:
I am not able to add a layout picture in RMS.

Possible Root Cause:
  1. Document path in the RMS setup is incorrect.
  2. The IIS_IUSRS permissions for the file folder are incorrect.
  3. The IIS_IUSRS permissions for the IIS are incorrect..
Solution:
  1. The document path should be: c:\inetpub\wwwroot ms_files
  2. The IIS_IUSRS should have read/write permissions for the file folder.
  3. Set wService application with administration rights for IIS_IUSRS.
