Question:
I get an error message error while loading an image in the layout.
Possible Root Cause:
The documentation path doesn't have the correct rights for the application pool.
Solution:
Ensure that the documentation path (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\RMS\Files) found under the system settings has read/write rights for the application pool.
