  • Changing support email (On Premise RMS only)

    With on-premise installations it is sometimes useful to change the support email at the footer of the RMS page. There may be a local enduser company support contact that is better suited for end user support or for managing support requests to Rotronic.


    This can easily be changed.

    PLEASE NOTE that changing the core RMS software files is may have detrimental effects always backup your system and test. Future ugrades will of course not include your customised changes.

    Edit thefollowing file in notepad wwwroot/RMS/<RMS Version>/wPage/Site3.Master
    Use Find "rms-support@rotronic.com"

    This is the liine of code in v2.1.1 (line 386)
