Question:
I try to add a wireless device to RMS after having added it to RMS-CONFIG. RMS shows "Device already allocated", why?
Possible Root Cause:
The device is already in the cloud, in another account.
Solution:
Remove the device from the first cloud account to be able to add it to the second account.
Additional Information:
This only occurs if the device is connected to 2 cloud instances. No errors would occur if it was 2 web or 1 cloud and 1 web instance.
