GW-868 keeps going uncontactable

we have 3 x 868's and these are new just installed but the cloud server keeps saying its unable to contact them untill we re-boot the gateways when we look at ping tests and network stats it shows that the devices were connected and were transferring data at the time the server was saying it was unable to make contact any ideas

Hi Kegan, is the port 80 open between the devices and the cloud server? Have the devices been configured with RMS-CONFIG? Do you have any print screens of the error messages? Please send all data to rms@rotronic.ch so that we can give you more help.
